ESS Engineering Services & Solutions has been involved across a number of different facets of this project.

Including:

Installation of silo complex.

Fabrication and installation of four (4) germination vessels and one (1) kiln.

Installation of 300 TPH intake, transfer and storage system.

Allied Mills Picton: New Flour Mill

ESS Engineering Services & Solutions was involved from the Greenfield stage of the Allied Pinnacle Milling Complex with a process capacity of over 250,000 tonnes of various grains per annum.

ESS's involvement with this complex began from the inception and concept stage all the way through to the commissioning stage and continues with the ongoing growth and maintenance of this complex.

ESS was given the task of working as part of the client’s Management Team to carry out the Complete Mechanical installation of the complex which comprised the supply of over 80,000 man-hours on site.

ESS exclusively supplied the mechanical installation using our own resources, facilities and site and workshop equipment.

Allied Tennyson/Watpac Constructions.

ESS Engineering Services & Solutions under took full Mechanical installation of a Greenfield Flour milling project at Tennyson in Brisbane.

This project consisted of approx. 40,000 man hours and was delivered on a very tight schedule. Working very closely with the relative construction trades ESS was able to achieve outstanding results for the client. This project comprised various mechanical disciplines across a wide range of trades and qualifications.

ESS Engineering Services & Solutions worked with several European manufacturers as a project partner to supply local fabrication and labour to complete following installations:

Technosilos: Flour and Sugar Storage and transfer including Weighing Systems

Sancassiano: Dough Mixing Systems

Rademaker: Dough, Sheeting,Lamination, Proofing and Forming Systems

Technopool: Ambient Spiral Proofing of formed products

Meccatherm: Final Baking Oven and Transfer Systems

Tip Top Charmhaven

ESS Engineering Services & Solutions completed the installation of a new 50Tonne aluminium silo and flour transfer system.

ESS was responsible for the supply of structural steel entablature to accommodate bulk addition of minor ingredients, weighing, batching and transfer to mixers.

ESS also completed the installation of a liquid yeast storage and transfer system along with a spiral freezer unit.

Mauri Auckland

ESS Engineering Services & Solutions was involved in the design, supply and installation of a bulk wheat storage system.

The system was comprised of 5 x 1200T above ground conical wheat silos designed and constructed to meet New Zealand's stringent earthquake requirements.

Tip Top Ermington

ESS Engineering Services & Solutions completed the replacement of 3 existing depleted silos.

ESS also completed installation of 2 x 50Tonne hygenic aluminium silos and a complete flour transfer and batch weighing system along with the installation of a minor ingredients weighing, batching and transfer system.
